En tant qu'Opérateur de Saisie, vous aurez pour missions de :
Réceptionner les colis et traiter les problèmes de transport des échantillons,
Décontaminer les échantillons,
Effectuer la revue du contrat : contrôle de l’état, du conditionnement et du nombre d’échantillons à réception,
Organiser le départ des échantillons vers nos laboratoires sous-traitants,
Coder les échantillons : trier les échantillons selon l’urgence des analyses, les enregistrer sous le LIMS et les transmettre au laboratoire,
Programmer les nouvelles analyses,
Effectuer les autres tâches administratives nécessaires au fonctionnement du laboratoire (saisie de rapports ou d’autres données dans les bases, communication interne ou externe en cas de problème logistique),
Participer aux tâches collectives de rangement, de nettoyage, d’archivage et de tenue à jour des stocks de consommables,
Participer chaque jour à l’amélioration du laboratoire en termes de sécurité, d’environnement, de qualité et de productivité à travers divers projets collaboratifs,
S’assurer du respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement dans le laboratoire,
Préserver la confidentialité des essais/travaux ainsi que de toute donnée relative aux clients.
Vous avez une formation BAC à BAC +2. Vous êtes rigoureux, dynamique, organisé et avez une volonté d’intégration dans le travail d’équipe !
