    Job description

    The President of Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) Columbia is responsible for leading one of the largest and most successful BioPharma testing operations within the Eurofins network. This executive serves as the chief business leader for the site, with full accountability for growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, quality, compliance, employee engagement, and long-term strategic development.

    The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented life sciences executive who combines strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, financial discipline, technological innovation, and people-centered leadership. This leader will guide the next phase of expansion while preserving the entrepreneurial culture, high employee engagement, and operational excellence that have fueled Columbia's growth.

    Scope of Responsibility

    Business Scale

    • Annual Revenue: Approximately $75 million
    • Employees: Approximately 350
    • Full site P&L Responsibility
    • One of the largest BioPharma Product Testing operations within Eurofins North America
    • Significant contributor to Eurofins' pharmaceutical testing strategy and growth

    Service Portfolio

    Responsible for a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical development and GMP testing services including:

    • Analytical testing
    • Method development
    • Method validation
    • Stability studies
    • Cell and molecular biology services
    • Synthesis with radioactive labeling
    • Pharmaceutical product development support
    • Commercial release testing
    • Regulatory support services

A successful candidate will have a proven track record and is comfortable reaching out to and meeting with high level decision makers including C-Suite.  This position will manage the strategic sales process including identifying client needs, defining and presenting how PSS can address them, as well as managing the implementation process for new programs.
