SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:
The Process & Project Manager will support the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team with the execution, coordination, administration and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits processes.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting, analytics, governance and HR systems projects across an international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
The ideal candidate has a background in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Analytics. Success in this role will depend far more on execution capabilities, project management discipline, analytical strength, ownership and the ability to deliver complex recurring processes on time, rather than on prior Compensation & Benefits expertise. We are looking for a highly driven individual who takes accountability, follows through on commitments and can take on the role of a reliable Deputy to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits Team.
