Jij zorgt dat onze monsters correct worden ontvangen, geregistreerd en verwerkt. In deze rol werk je met uiteenlopende producten en systemen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Je houdt overzicht wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt, werkt nauwkeurig en ziet direct het effect van jouw werk op de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Jij bent de schakel tussen ontvangst, laboratorium en partnerlabs, en daarmee een belangrijke bijdrage aan de voedselveiligheid in Nederland.

Wat ga je doen?
Op de afdeling Sample Reception & Registration komen dagelijks monsters binnen die getest worden op voedselveiligheid. Als Productiemedewerker Sample Reception & Registration ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, controleren, registreren, sorteren en prioriteren van deze producten.
Je controleert of het aangeleverde product overeenkomt met de opdracht. Klopt het niet? Dan neem je proactief contact op met de klant om te achterhalen wat de bedoeling is. Zo voorkom je fouten in het verdere proces en zorg je dat het laboratorium precies weet welke analyses uitgevoerd moeten worden.
Je werkt met verschillende systemen en codes om ervoor te zorgen dat elk monster op de juiste manier wordt verwerkt. Dat vraagt nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
