Jij bent zichtbaar aanwezig, stuurt op kwaliteit en helpt jouw team groeien als professional en als mens. Geen micro‑management, maar écht people management: jij coacht, verbindt en creëert een veilige werksfeer waarin iedereen kan meedoen.
In deze rol werk je aan operationele en tactische uitdagingen. Je zorgt dat processen soepel lopen, bewaakt de planning, lost knelpunten op en werkt aan verbeteringen die direct effect hebben op de korte en lange termijn dienstverlening. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken teamleidersgroep waarin jullie samen sparren over werkverdeling, klantvragen, procesverbeteringen en teamontwikkeling. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw “customer service winkel” goed te laten draaien en bouwt samen met collega’s aan een sterke en stabiele afdeling.
