Au sein du laboratoire, vous assurez pour nos clients les missions suivantes :
• La réception des échantillons prélevés et destinés à être mis en analyse
• L’enregistrement des codes tests et la saisie des informations nécessaires à la réalisation des analyses demandées par le client
• Le renseignement sur chacun des prélèvements effectués des indications demandées (date, lieu de prélèvement, DLC, ...) conformément aux procédures internes.
• Le rangement des échantillons dans l’emplacement correspondant, soit dans une zone de stockage, soit dans une zone d’expéditions à l’attention des laboratoires sous-traitants
• La mise à jour des dossiers conformément aux informations reçues des différents services
BAC, BAC+2 et/ou expérience appropriée et/ ou compétence démontrée.
Connaissance des outils informatiques basiques : Windows ; un logiciel de type SAP est un plus apprécié.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons une personne en charge d’assurer l’enregistrement des échantillons prélevés par le laboratoire de macroscopie d’Eurofins Cervac Sud. Les horaires de travail sont de 6h à 14h du mardi au samedi avec une durée de 35h/semaine.
