Au sein du service du service hygiène alimentaire, votre mission principale sera de réaliser des analyses microbiologiques sur matrices alimentaires.
Vous intégrerez une équipe de 4 personnes, vos missions seront les suivantes:
Respecter le standard de poste de dilution.
Réaliser l’ensemencement surface/profondeur avec le volume et la dilution indiqués sur l’étiquette selon les normes spécifiques des produits.
Respecter le standard de poste de coulage.
Répartir des milieux dans les différentes boîtes de pétri pré-identifiées en respectant les protocoles techniques ainsi que les règles d’hygiène, de stérilité et de sécurité en vigueur.
Procéder aux incubations conformément aux protocoles définis et aux exigences du service (procéder le « double-checking »).
Respecter le standard de poste de repiquage.
Procéder au repiquage des germes à confirmer et des témoins positifs conformément aux exigences du laboratoire.
Qualifications
Formation initiale : BAC+2 science laboratoire,
Expérience requise : débutants acceptés
