Au sein du service sérologie, votre mission principale sera de réaliser des analyses sérologiques en technique ELISA par la méthode manuelle. Cette mission sera effectuée sur matrice provenant d'animaux principalement du sang.
Vous intégrerez une équipe de 11 personnes, les aspects techniques sont les suivants:
- Préparer les supports d'échantillon
- Diluer les échantillons manuellement à l’aide de pipettes et réalisation d’une épreuve ELISA avec préparation des produits nécessaires (conjugué, substrat, solution d’arrêt, solution de lavage),
- Utiliser les laveurs de plaque.
- Lire et saisir les résultats d'analyses
Formation : BAC+2 science laboratoire
Expérience requise : débutants acceptés
Nous vous formons au sein du laboratoire Cœur de France et vous accompagnons pas à pas lors de votre prise de poste.
