About the Role:

As our Aesthetic Sales Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your front desk team's success, overseeing all operations, guiding your front desk sales team to exceed performance metrics, and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a vibrant and energetic workplace where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front desk Guest Service Associate team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Support in inventory analysis and center procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
• Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Assist in training and developing a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager and company leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall center business success.
