HELPLINE Lille recherche son nouveau talent sur la fonction d'un Analyste d'Exploitation H/F positionné directement chez notre client sur la métropole Lilloise.
Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :
Assurer l’administration et l’exploitation des environnements Windows et Linux.
Superviser les systèmes et les infrastructures réseaux afin de garantir leur disponibilité et leur performance.
Utiliser et administrer des outils de supervision, monitoring, ordonnancement et gestion des flux tels que Zabbix, OpCon, ESB, AMQ, etc.
Prendre en charge les incidents, analyser les dysfonctionnements et assurer leur résolution dans les meilleurs délais.
Participer au suivi et à la gestion des demandes et incidents via notre outil ITSM ServiceNow.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et de l’exploitation IT.
Automatiser certaines tâches d’administration et d’exploitation grâce au scripting et à la programmation.
Collaborer avec les différentes équipes techniques afin d’assurer la disponibilité et la fiabilité des services IT.
Rémunération : entre 30 et 32K€ brut annuel
