Nous recherchons un Analyste Support Applicatif N2.
Vous interviendrez au sein de la chaîne de support afin de prendre en charge les incidents escaladés par le Service Desk N1 et d’accompagner les utilisateurs dans la bonne utilisation des applications.
La mission s’inscrit dans un environnement applicatif orienté logistique, avec une forte dimension d’analyse fonctionnelle et technique, de résolution d’incidents et de collaboration avec les différentes équipes support.
Compétences recherchées
2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le support applicatif, idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la logistique.
Bonne maîtrise de SQL, avec la capacité à réaliser et exécuter des requêtes.
