Vous interviendrez sur la résolution d’incidents complexes, l’analyse des incidents récurrents et la mise en place d’actions correctives afin de stabiliser les applications et améliorer la qualité de service.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes N1, N2, développement, intégration, recette et métiers.
