Helpline recrute un Technicien support de proximité H/F pour intervenir au sein du siège du client sur Valenciennes et des ses différentes agences.
Vos missions

Vous avez déjà une première expérience réussie en support de proximité ou helpdesk, où vous avez démontré votre capacité à accompagner les utilisateurs avec professionnalisme et pédagogie.
Autonome, rigoureux(se) et animé(e) par le sens du service, vous maîtrisez les environnements Windows et Office 365 et savez intervenir sur des problématiques variées du poste de travail.
Vous êtes doté d'une expérience d'au moins 2 années sur un poste similaire.

Rémunération : 24 K€ bruts annuels
Localisation du poste : Valenciennes
Amplitudes horaires : 8h00 - 16h00 du lundi au vendredi
