It’s one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You’re the link between creativity and data - developing ideas, researching trends, building hooks, analyzing results, and making sure our ads perform like crazy.
Your responsibilities
- Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads
- Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization
- Copywriting and script writing
- Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings
- Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
- Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests
What you bring
- Experience in social media marketing and social advertising
- Strong understanding of marketing and buyer psychology
- Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing
- Experience in producing and editing video content is a big plus
- Strong copywriting skills
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
