The Job

The Service Shop Technician crafts exceptional experiences for evo’s customers. These individuals maintain and repair equipment for our customers and maintain our rental fleet.

The Opportunity

• Provide excellent customer service while assessing and providing accurate tuning and repair quotes upon customer arrival.
• Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, mounts, waxes, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards.
• Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
• Contribute to order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs.
• Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
