Job description

Responsibe for the adaptation of the group’s HR strategy and its implementation it in Evolution Bulgaria, Studio Undertaking;
Design, implement and supervise human resource policies to ensure the availability and effectiveness of human resources according to company's goals, objectives and compliance requirements as well as country legislation;
Leads the development of HR Department goals, objectives, activities and systems;
Draws up and controls the HR budget;
Manage and develop the HR team, to ensure professional HR service to the organization in following areas:

Relationship Management,
Resource planning and talent acquisition,
Personnel policies and procedures,
Compensation and Rewards,
Performance management and development,
Engagement and motivation.

Manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally;
Consult senior managers and employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation;
Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives;
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong internal and external customer service focus;
Build strong partnership with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution;
Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
Oversee replacement of colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, parental leave and other absences.
The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his/her job obligations.
Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks.

Higher education, preferably degree within HR or equivalent.
At least 10 years experience in Human Resource area.
Proven experience within a client-facing HR role in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization
Experience in managing stakeholders with the ability to build strong working relationships effectively
Approachable and understanding, a team player with strong communication skills both in Bulgarian and English (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently, with attention to details and sense of personal responsibility
Human behaviour and performance
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Planning and organizing, fast decision-making
Good communication skills and persuasiveness
Stress tolerance
High sense of responsibility
