What You’ll Do
Own Customer Engagement & Revenue Growth Act as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate, and solution-oriented support Partner with outside sales to develop and win business within existing and new accounts Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and drive incremental revenue Follow up aggressively on quotes and opportunities to convert to orders Solve Technical Problems (Motion Control & Fluid Power) Help customers select and apply products across motion control, fluid power, and related systems Translate customer needs into practical, cost-effective solutions Work with vendors and internal experts to solve application challenges Continuously build your technical knowledge and product expertise Quote, Close, and Execute Create accurate, competitive quotes and proposals Own the order process from quote to delivery , ensuring accuracy and urgency at every step Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations to deliver on customer expectations Keep customers informed and eliminate surprises Be the Engine Behind the Customer Experience Deliver a level of responsiveness that sets you apart from competitors Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM/ERP systems Support branch operations and keep information flowing
