As a Studio Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating and maintaining the cutting-edge studio environments that power our live gaming experience. From installing gaming tables and production equipment to supporting major studio projects, you'll help bring our innovative gaming floor to life while working alongside a talented and passionate team.

What You'll Do

• Build, install, maintain, and repair studio environments and equipment, including gaming tables, cameras, microphones, lighting systems, cabling, decorative elements, and gaming floor infrastructure.
• Support exciting studio build-outs, renovations, and expansion projects from concept through completion.
• Help improve and refine build processes while ensuring projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot technical and infrastructure issues to keep studio operations running smoothly.
• Maintain, track, and manage tools, equipment, materials, and inventory required for studio operations.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations and cross-functional teams to support projects and ongoing studio needs.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, OSHA standards, and safety best practices.
• Participate in training programs and help onboard and mentor new team members.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to projects, equipment, and operational activities.
• Support business continuity by providing coverage during team member absences.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities that contribute to the growth and success of studio operations.

What You'll Bring

• Technical education, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work accurately with measurements and measuring tools.
• Experience working with materials such as wood, metal, tile, plastic, carpeting, and other construction-related materials.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring concepts, and safe work practices.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions, technical documentation, and verbal direction.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with email, messaging platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of audio/visual technology with a desire to learn more advanced A/V systems and studio technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable, highly organized, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within North America and internationally.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required and assist during urgent operational situations.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• IT knowledge and technical troubleshooting experience.

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ (N+), or equivalent technical certifications are a plus.

• Experience with audio/visual systems, POE devices, studio operations, broadcast environments, or technical installations.
• Background in construction, facilities, maintenance, or technical support roles.

• Work additional hours during major builds, upgrades, launches, and critical operational projects.
• Be active throughout the day with standing, walking, climbing, lifting, reaching, and moving equipment.
