Talent Cooridnator (Danish-speaking)

In the role of Talent Coordinator, you support the Talent Acquisition function with various parts of the Hiring Process to enable speed to market and efficiency throughout the end-to-end process. With a service mindset and high attention to details you secure efficiency, quality and accuracy that meets and exceeds expectations in the Client Agreement. You continuously communicate and collaborate with Talent Providers, throughout the Hiring process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Perform basic CV screening
• Manage administrative tasks within the hiring process
• Contract administration across multiple client accounts
• Be responsible for performing tasks in 3rd party system, fetching requests, submitting CVs & offers etc.
• Perform and support the rate and contract T&C negotiation process
• Be in touch with our Partners (Consultants and Suppliers) and Client to gather all necessary information
