We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to help us engage customers, design smart retention campaigns, and shape how our customers connect with our product.
What You’ll Do:
- Еxecute, and monitor retention and engagement campaigns.
- Segment customer databases for targeted communication.
- Create templates for email, push notifications, SMS, and Telegram.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and follow KPIs.
- Maintain and monitor the tools for smooth and engaging user experience.
- Ensure CRM system accuracy and manage daily operations.
- Create campaign content and design assets for marketing communicatiоns.
- Identify customer behavior trends and recommend optimizations.
- Perform QA checks on all marketing communications for consistency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, marketing, or digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM systems & tools (Optimove or similar).
- Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-оriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Experience with email marketing tools, push/SMS platforms, and customer segmentation is an advantage.
Nice To Have:
- Content creation and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
