Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an individual that places superior customer service as their top priority.

• Skim pools
• Brush pool walls, steps and spas
• Empty skimmer baskets
• Empty vacuum
• Chemically balance pools
• Check pool equipment for proper function
• Use our custom app to communicate all services performed with any special notes / repairs needed
• Make minor repairs when necessary
• Conduct filter cleans

Qualifications:

• Hard working, reliable, and trustworthy
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and process oriented
• Can-do attitude that is a strong team player
• Willingness learn a trade / skill and desire to grow within the organization
• Follow instructions from Supervisors
• 40 hours per week / Mon. - Fri.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English
• Knowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones, tablets, & computers.
• Ability to swim and do not mind working near dogs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)
• Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
• Must have clean driving record with Driver's License

Skills / Requirements:

• 1 Year relevant work experience necessary
• Work safely with chemicals, ensure home security (lock doors / gates, pet security / safety)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move 100 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
• CPO is preferred but not required
