The Manager - Process Excellence & Digital Operations will lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across UK P&C Insurance operations, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process re-engineering, and digital automation solutions. The role will be responsible for identifying operational improvement opportunities, eliminating process inefficiencies, driving standardization, and delivering measurable productivity, quality, and customer experience improvements. Working closely with client leadership and operational teams, the individual will define transformation roadmaps, execute improvement programs, and establish governance mechanisms to sustain business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma-led transformation programs.
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence.
- Identify and implement non-AI automation solutions.
- Deliver productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Manage client transformation roadmaps and governance.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
- Establish KPI, reporting, and benefit-tracking frameworks.
- Support digital transformation across UK P&C operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 5-8 years with must green belt certification
