We operate with a pool of verified agencies across India on our platform. </div><div><br></div><div>Know more: <a href="https://www.exmyb.com/" rel="noreferrer">https://www.exmyb.com/.</a><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?fetchDeterministicClustersOnly=true&heroEntityKey=urn%3Ali%3Aorganization%3A14491039&keywords=expand%20my%20business&origin=RICH_QUERY_TYPEAHEAD_HISTORY&position=0&searchId=ff816c91-bfc6-4f7a-b504-53a774ce5137&sid=mNA" rel="noreferrer"> Follow us on LinkedIn</a> </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilitie</strong><strong>s: </strong></div><ul><li> Overview of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. </li><li>Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection entries in Tally Prime. </li><li>Monthly GST and TDS Reconciliation and follow up with the partners. </li><li>Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing</li><li>Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in tally properly Expert knowledge about GST, TDS etc </li><li>Handling of Day-to-Day Accounting </li><li>Payment to vendors, maintenance of vendor invoices</li><li>Document financial transactions by entering account information.</li><li>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing MIS reports.</li><li>Keep accurate records for all daily transactions. </li><li>Substantial financial transactions by auditing documents. </li><li>Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports relating to expenditure incurred under various projects and its analysis with budgeted expenditure. </li><li>Keep track of all Accounts Payable & Receivables </li></ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong> </div><div>● Prefered Start-up experience. </div><div>● Proven experience of 6-10 years as an account executive or any other related field. </div><div>● Fluency in MS Excel, Tally and other accounts related software's Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. </div><div>● Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships </div><div>● Organizational and time management skills. </div><div>● Enthusiastic and passionate.
