Be our next Director, Energy & Power Systems
EXP is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to establish and grow our Energy Infrastructure and Mission Critical Facilities practice across North America. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Expansion, this role will lead strategy, business development, client engagement, and market expansion focused on powering the next generation of data centers, AI infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, utilities, and resilient energy systems.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in utility infrastructure, grid interconnection, power generation, transmission, energy development, and mission critical facilities, along with established relationships across utilities, hyperscale technology companies, developers, and public agencies.
