GNS Evening Transportation Support

Schedule:

Sunday – Wednesday 3PM – 2AM (4-10 hour shifts) or Sunday – Thursday 3PM – Midnight (5-8 hour shifts)

Main Job Duties:

* Proactive and timely notification of all delays to branches (Exception Management)

* Monitoring consolidations to identify mis-routes and incomplete or inaccurate data.

* Proactive tracking of lane cost protected by branches and gateways.

* Tracking all routes in transit and identifying pending or potential delays.

* Work with carriers to ensure all planned routes have equipment assigned.

* Monitoring daily lane volumes to identify need for additional capacity.

* Identifying the need of and arranging additional capacity for demand and/or service recovery as needed.

* Working with branch, gateways, and carriers to enact contingencies as deemed necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or previous logistics experience

• Ability to work in Phoenix, AZ Metro Area
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Fluency in written and spoken English language

Desired Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Power Bi, SharePoint, ect)
