Egocentric Data Collection Participant

About the Project

We are looking for individuals to participate in an Egocentric Data Collection Project by recording themselves performing everyday household chores and activities.

The collected video data will be used to support the development and training of AI systems designed to understand real-world human activities.

This is a project-based engagement, not a part-time or full-time employment opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Record yourself performing everyday household chores and activities, such as cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, organizing, and folding laundry.
• Follow simple recording instructions and project guidelines.
• Ensure recordings meet the required quality and content standards.
• Submit completed recordings for review and approval.

Requirements

• Must own an iPhone 12 or newer.
• Must be willing to record yourself performing everyday household chores.
• Must be able to follow project instructions and recording guidelines.

No prior experience in data collection or AI projects is required.

Equipment

A recording headset will be provided on a reimbursement basis. Participants will receive instructions on the required equipment and reimbursement process before starting the project.

Compensation & Payment

• $3 per approved recording hour
• Payouts are made twice per month
• Only recording hours that meet the project's requirements and are approved will be eligible for payment.

This is a project-based opportunity and is not a part-time or full-time employment position.

Data & Privacy

Participants will be asked to record and submit video footage of themselves while performing household activities. Submitted recordings and participant information will be collected, processed, stored, and used for purposes related to the AI data collection project, subject to applicable data privacy laws and the project's privacy guidelines.

Participants should avoid intentionally recording other individuals or capturing sensitive personal information during recording sessions.
