    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with Pricing Leads to define, implement, and continuously improve pricing strategies.
    • Design and lead price testing projects (e.g., Conjoint analysis, A/B testing, pilots, elasticity studies).
    • Develop offer structures, pricing models, and commercial frameworks tailored to customer segments.
    • Champion value-based pricing across the business, helping teams understand its benefits and impact.
    • Be a trusted advisor to commercial teams, balancing data insights with business context.
    • Analyse pricing performance using internal and external data to generate actionable insights.
    • Support the development of pricing governance standards, tools, and best practices.
    • Contribute to the Centre of Excellence's knowledge base, tools, and frameworks.
    • B2B pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, ideally within services industries.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and educate stakeholders who may be risk-averse or resistant to pricing change. Comfortable operating in complexity.
    • Deep expertise in value-based pricing and understanding of customer lifetime value, willingness to pay, and segmentation strategies.
    • Practical experience designing and running price tests, experiments, and pilots in B2B contexts.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to quantify value propositions and translate them into pricing decisions.
    • Experience working in or alongside a Centre of Excellence or centralized strategy function is advantageous.

    Benefits package includes:

    • Hybrid working - 40% office based
    • Great compensation package and discretionary bonus
    • Core benefits include Pension, Bupa healthcare, Sharesave Scheme and more
    • 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days. You can purchase additional annual leave.
