    Job description

This role will be central to advancing Experian's next-generation fraud platform capabilities, focused on delivering a modular, platform-native, and extensible Digital Intelligence ecosystem that powers device intelligence, behavioral analytics, and behavioral biometrics across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to authentication and account management.

    • The Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives that strengthen Experian's Ascend Fraud Platform by enhancing device identification, cross-environment recognition, ML-driven intelligence, and proprietary risk signals, while reducing reliance on third-party vendors and improving customer outcomes.
    • This role reports to the Director of Product Management and works closely with global and regional product teams, engineering, data science, and go-to-market stakeholders to execute high-impact product initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
    • This is an ideal opportunity for a Product Manager with strong domain expertise in Device Intelligence, Fraud Detection & Prevention, and platform products, who can translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive revenue protection, cost efficiency, and competitive differentiation.

    Product Strategy & Roadmap

    • Define and execute the strategy for Unified Digital Intelligence, aligning with Experian's broader fraud platform vision and Ascend ecosystem
    • Drive evolution from legacy systems toward a platform-native, microservices-based device intelligence architecture
    • Deliver a roadmap that strengthens Experian's market position against competitors

    Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

    • Analyze industry trends across device intelligence, behavioral analytics, and fraud prevention ecosystems
    • Identify opportunities to expand capabilities in behavioral biometrics, AI-driven fraud detection, and cross-channel intelligence
    • Continuously evaluate build vs. buy decisions to reduce vendor dependency and unlock strategic advantage

    Product Discovery & Customer Insights

    • Engage with customers, partners, and regional teams to identify key pain points across fraud use cases
    • Translate insights into actionable product requirements that improve fraud detection accuracy and reduce customer friction
    • Validate opportunities that accelerate client adoption and integration velocity

    Data-Driven Product Management

    • Use quantitative and qualitative data to optimize fraud detection performance and signal quality, reduce false positives and customer friction, prioritize features and investments

    Go-To-Market & Adoption

    • Partner with GTM, sales, and customer success teams to enable successful launches and feature adoption
    • Accelerate onboarding via simplified integration (e.g., hosted collectors, SDKs)
    • You are required to have 11+ years of Product Management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
    • Strong domain expertise in Fraud, Risk, Device Intelligence, or Identity solutions
    • 5+ years of experience building platform products, APIs, microservices, and SDK-based solutions
    • Proven track record of delivering products that drive revenue impact, cost savings, or scalability improvements
    • Experience working with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle and data-driven decision-making
    • Familiarity with device fingerprinting, behavioral analytics, or fraud signal ecosystems
