QA/QE Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced QA/QE Project Manager with 13–17 years of experience in managing QA/QE projects, delivery governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of QA/QE projects, ensuring quality, timelines, scope, and budget adherence.

• Drive delivery governance, project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.

• Manage client and stakeholder communication, including escalations and governance reviews.

• Plan and optimize resources, capacity, and team utilization.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Provide QA/QE leadership and drive quality, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and manage distributed QA/QE teams.

• Prepare project dashboards, MIS, KPIs, and management reports.

Essential skills

Required Skills

• 13–17 years of experience in QA/QE, Software Testing, or IT Delivery.

• Strong experience in QA/QE Project Management and Delivery Management.

• Experience managing large/distributed QA/QE teams.

• Strong knowledge of STLC, testing methodologies, Agile, automation, and modern QE practices.

• Excellent stakeholder, client, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Power BI is preferred.

•  Retail Ecommerce Domain experience will be an added advantage.
