We are seeking skilled Installers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing residential bathroom renovation projects with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Assisting Installation Teams:
- Work alongside the Lead Installer to assist with bathroom and kitchen remodel installations.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques for various materials and systems used in remodeling projects.
- Perform tasks such as prepping job sites, assembling materials, and assisting with installation setups. Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs to learn about installation techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Continuously improve installation skills by observing and assisting senior installers in a hands-on environment. Safety & Cleanliness:
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in maintaining clean job sites, ensuring materials are properly stored, and equipment is well-maintained. Customer Service Support:
- Assist in addressing customer questions and concerns during the installation process under the guidance of the lead installer.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized by maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times. Tool & Equipment Handling:
- Learn how to properly handle and maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Report any damaged or broken tools to the lead installer for replacement. Time Management & Efficiency:
- Support installation teams by assisting in completing tasks within deadlines and maintaining high productivity levels.
- Develop an understanding of time management to optimize daily work schedules and project timelines.
