What You'll Do
- You'll spend your first 90 days in ELI University! Our training blends traditional classroom learning with side-by-side, hands-on experience right on the floor.
- Make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that grow over time.
- Learn how to coordinate freight shipments and provide transportation solutions for customers.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Negotiate rates and develop customized freight solutions for customers.
- Manage leads, follow up consistently, and expand your book of business.
- Analyze customer transportation needs, pricing, and logistics requirements.
- Work closely with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure successful freight movements.
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and company systems.
- The above responsibilities and additional duties may vary as assigned.
