Ezee Fiber is seeking a dedicated and skilled OSP Field Operations Maintenance Tech who will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repair tasks related to telecom infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on, physically demanding approach and involves working in various weather conditions. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the reliability and functionality of our outside plant facilities. Education and Experience requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in fiber optics are a plus. Minimum of six (6) months to two (2) years of experience or training in fiber splicing and troubleshooting.

The field and environmental requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds as needed. Tolerate exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and uneven or slippery surfaces. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during all applicable tasks.
Standard daily travel to assigned territories is required for this position (up to 30% of the time within a 10-mile radius).
