Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage onboarding, off-boarding, office adminitrative works while ensuring a high-quality employee experience for our KL based employees. You should be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively suggest process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding to deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint, assist with recruitment arrangements, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience for Malaysia.
• Act as the primary local office contact to manage all office administration, vendor relationships, employee activities, and cost management.
• Partner with and support HRBPs in driving operational excellence and continuously improving employee experience across HR operations, talent attraction, and employee engagement.
• Work closely with wider HR Team and Admins to drive group level employee activities such as Annual Dinner or CSR activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of well-rounded HR operations and Adminstration experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong, collaborative customer-service mindset and be a helping hand!
• Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collabration skills.
• Fluency in using both English and Chinese (expected).
