Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines active business development with consultative sales support, serving contractors who build the infrastructure and structures that shape Florida's landscape.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and Develop: Actively prospect and build relationships with Division 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 contractors
- Consultative Selling: Provide technical expertise and solutions-based selling to support customer project needs
- Market Coverage: Serve residential, commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and infrastructure projects
- Relationship Management: Build lasting partnerships with general contractors, shell contractors, and specialty concrete/masonry contractors
- Territory Development: Expand market share through strategic account development and new customer acquisition

- General Contractors (GCs)
- Shell Contractors
- Specialty Concrete Contractors
- Masonry Contractors
- Infrastructure Contractors
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and business development skills
- Consultative sales approach with ability to understand complex project requirements
- Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with CSI divisions 3-7
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
