```Duties```
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all equipment and vehicles in the yard
- Build and install steel girders, columns, and other materials
- Loading and unloading of materials
- Weld and cut structural metal components
- Ensure the use of safety equipment, such as personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Accurate workflow and timely completion of projects
- Use engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the materials needed and the sequence of tasks
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a welding role in a building material supply or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of construction yard operations and equipment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating machinery, such as shears, brakes, grinders, and flame cutters, to cut, bend, and form metal
