Director of Development

SUMMARY:

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing and directing Axess Family Services fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, special events and special campaigns. SUPERVISOR: Executive Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute Axess Family Services Annual Fundraising plan.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors.
• Build a planned giving program with a focus on deferred gifts.
• Create and execute a strategy for a large, sustained base of annual individual donors.
• Oversee the organization of special events Maintain gift recognition programs.
• Coordinate fund raising special events.
• Work closely with the management team to focus on fundraising endeavors.
• Make public appearances to share information about Axess Family Services.
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
