POSITION TITLE: Volunteer DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Water at the Rock Ministry REPORTS TO: Assigned Program Director/Manager SCHEDULE: Mondays & Fridays, 3-6pm LOCATIONS: Administration Building, 705 Oakwood St., Ravenna, OH GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Volunteer provides time, talent and leadership to carry out the mission of Axess Family Services and various Veteran's Services. Responsibilities dependent upon the program assignment and may include but not limited to: Provide customer service to clients using the shower and laundry facilities. Monitor use of the facilities and provide support, as needed. Ensure the laundry room & shower are clean and that it is an inviting environment. Ensure that snacks, refreshments and donations are stocked.
