As a Facilitator, you may coordinate and lead Family Focused Meetings, Child Safety Conferences (CSC), and Post Removal Conferences (PRC) in alignment with statewide standards. You’ll prepare participants, guide productive discussions, and follow through with documentation to support family-driven, goal-oriented planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and follow all statewide contractual standards.
- Prepare for meetings by: Collaborating with key stakeholders (Family Centered Services team members, HHS, families, and other professionals).
- Meeting with families to explain processes, encourage participation, and identify supports.
- Scheduling meetings at times and locations that work best for families and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinating necessary supplies, interpreters, and materials for in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings.
- Ensuring all identified participants are invited and informed of any changes or cancellations promptly.
- Facilitate meetings according to established standards, ensuring quality discussions, clear outcomes, and actionable plans.
- Capable of managing and guiding meetings in both intimate and large-scale formats.
- Complete all follow-up tasks after meetings, including documentation.
- Document and upload meeting notes to required systems within contractual timeframes.
- Maintain confidentiality in all records and communications, following agency policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, required trainings, and ongoing professional development.
