SUMMARY:
Provides general patient care and basic patient education. Performs duties which indirectly support patient care such as scheduling, recordkeeping, and maintaining supplies inventories.
There is a $500 referral bonus available for this position after 6 months of employment. There is also a $500 sign-on bonus for the employee that will be paid out after 1040 hours are worked and 6 months of employment have been completed.
$22.00 - $24.75 DOE for LPN's.
Employee's can receive up to $520 on the quarterly bonus.
