Sales Operations Coordinator

You'll be the organized, dependable hub that connects our field agents, internal departments, and the credit union partners we serve.
A day in this role might include:
- Building and sharing schedules so field agents are at the right place at the right time
- Keeping credit union contacts informed about attendance, schedule changes, and time off
- Connecting teams across Compliance, Quality Assurance, Business Development, IT, Marketing, and more
- Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
- Managing inventory and promotional items for credit union branches
- Helping plan Member Appreciation events and joining branch huddles
- Leading special projects and finding smarter ways to work
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have 5+ years in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support
- Are comfortable with CRM systems and confident in Excel
- Communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy building relationships
- Stay calm and organized when priorities shift
- Can be trusted with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in financial services or supporting a sales team
