Production and Logistics Operators - Rotating Shifts
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for motivated and reliable Production and Logistics Operators to join our manufacturing team, due to commence in early 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a brand-new state of the art manufacturing environment, with a growing global food manufacturing business that values safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement. Following our recent successful information sessions, we will hold further sessions in Horsham in October and November of this year as part of the recruitment process. These will be advised early October.
About the Role
As a Production &/or Logistics employee, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety are maintained.
These position’s require flexibility to work a rotating roster across Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts, with a change in roster patterns as we prepare to move to 24/7 operations in year 2. Year 1 will commence with 24/5 shift patterns.
