Manage the accurate booking and verification of vendor bills in the accounting system and verify the same with the purchase orders.
Ensure proper reconciliation of all cash and bank accounts regularly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Generate retail sale invoices for export customers.
Assist with export banking activities, including the processing of foreign remittances, letters of credit (LC), and other financial documents.
Knowledge of DGFT(Directorate General of Foreign Trade) and ICEGATE(Indian Customs Electronic Gateway).
Oversee the closure of IFRC (Indian Foreign Remittance Certificates) with the bank.
Generate and manage EBRCs to facilitate smooth clearance of export payments.
Generation of RODTEP script and reconciliation of ICEGATE vs books.

This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work. We’re looking for someone dynamic with the below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3 - 5 years in a similar role with experience in export finance, accounting, or trade compliance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and export banking processes.
Proficient in Vendor bill booking and verification.
Strong knowledge on Cash and bank entry.
Experience in Retail sale invoicing
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with banks, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
