the role:

- We are looking for a Procurement Associate who is detail-oriented, thorough, and<br>organized to supervise purchases and develop new contracts. In this capacity, you will be responsible for<br>sourcing high-quality produce and cost-effective supplies for our firm. You will be responsible for<br>purchasing, following procurement procedures, keeping an up-to-date list of current and incoming<br>inventories, and approving purchases.<br>Duties and

Responsibilities:

-<br>● Estimate and define cost criteria and budgets for commodity procurement (Staples/Spices/Fresh).<br>● Establish and maintain positive connections with agri-retailers.<br>● Make competent decisions in a fast-paced setting Keep track of purchases, price, and other vital<br>information<br>● Examine and compare every retailer, supply, and pricing possibilities.<br>● Make purchase and supply plans.<br>● Negotiate the best pricing and supply agreement possible.

Ensure that the commodities<br>and supplies purchased are of high quality.<br>● Keep a list of agri retailers, their delivery times, and prospective future developments up to date.<br>● As needed, collaborate with team members and the regional procurement manager to<br>execute tasks.<br>Educational Qualifications and experience/skills :-<br>● Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities<br>● Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills are required.<br>● Attention to detail that is accurate and precise<br>● Ability to work well with management and personnel at all levels<br>● Goal-oriented, well-organized team member</p>
