Hours:. Up to 25 hours per week Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm
Pay: $15/hour
Expectations:
- Reflect a personal faith in Jesus Christ through lifestyle, church commitments and a commitment to Christian education
- Be professional and courteous in dealing with children and their parents
- Follow all applicable school policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for a maximum of five (5) infants, 6 weeks to 18 months in age.
- Under the direction of the First Academy Preschool Director, follow all DHS requirements for a childcare facility.
- Collaborate with other school personnel.
- Establish positive rapport with the parents of children cared for.
Qualifications:
- Be a born-again Christian and member of First Baptist Church of Rogers.
- High School diploma
- 18 years of age
- Willing to have a background check performed
