In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador for FedChoice, supporting membership growth efforts, assisting prospective members with account openings, and representing the organization at community events, federal agency locations, conferences, and membership drives.

Key Area of Focus... Community Engagement & Brand Representation Represent FedChoice Federal Credit Union and the FedChoice Charitable Foundation at community events, membership drives, and partner locations. Member Onboarding & Application Processing Guide prospective members through account opening and onboarding processes. Review paper and digital applications for completeness and accuracy. Relationship Building & Outreach Support relationships with federal agencies, contractors, community organizations, and strategic partners.

Assist with identifying new outreach opportunities and prospective member groups. Participate in partnership meetings and follow-up activities as needed. Administrative Support Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, event participation, and membership applications. Assist with inventory management of promotional materials and event supplies. Complete other duties as assigned to support business continuity.
