What You’ll Be Doing…

The Quality Engineer supports product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality systems to ensure products consistently meet customer and company requirements. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, support compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Investigate product, process, customer, and supplier quality issues.
• Utilize quality tools and data analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality standards, procedures, and process controls.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and quality management system requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Provides technical leadership and quality subject matter expertise.
• Leads site-wide or business-critical quality initiatives and strategic improvements.
• Establishes quality standards, best practices, and long-term quality strategies.
• Mentors engineering teams and partners with leadership on quality objectives and risk management
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For…

We’re seeking a team member who has:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible quality engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of quality systems, auditing, statistical analysis, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic quality initiatives and influence business decisions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications and Licenses:

• Six sigma training (preferred)
• Audit experience / ISO9001
• APQP – advanced product quality planning

• Developing process control plans
• FMEA
