Fervo is hiring a Development Manager, Energy Solutions to help shape how Fervo's projects deliver power to customers with distinct or complex energy needs, including flexible, on-site, and behind-the-meter configurations that bridge the timing gap between generation and load.
You will own the commercial and technical integration of these energy solutions from early concept through financeable, executable agreements, working closely with the Transmission & Interconnection, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, this role is ideal for someone who moves fluidly between deal structuring, technical feasibility, and stakeholder management, and who is energized by building a new capability inside a fast-moving development organization.
