Fervo Energy is applying first-principles engineering and a manufacturing mindset to geothermal power, an industry that has operated the same way for decades. Rather than deploying one-off energy projects, we are building standardized, repeatable GeoBlocks – units of geothermal power generation – designed to get cheaper, faster, and more reliable with every iteration. By applying advanced drilling technology and engineering rigor to geothermal development, Fervo delivers clean, firm, 24/7 renewable energy at commercial scale. At Fervo, Supply Chain is a highly strategic function that acts as a core driver of our GeoBlock manufacturing process.

The Senior Expeditor owns the schedule-side view of procurement across Fervo’s active project portfolio — building and maintaining the master delivery timeline, tracking critical-path packages from award through fabrication and shipment, and surfacing risk to leadership before it threatens a project milestone.

This is a senior, largely autonomous role that works closely with Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Field Operations, and represents Supply Chain directly in cross-functional planning discussions. The right person manages a large, complex portfolio of purchase orders and vendor commitments aligned to the integrated project schedule, exercises independent judgment on which packages matter most to cycle time and well cost, and mentors less experienced expeditors and coordinators. Success requires strong schedule ownership, structured status reporting, sound escalation judgment, and the ability to influence engineering, procurement, and field stakeholders without direct authority.
