Engineering Assistant

Support calibration and validation activities for advanced controls software, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Thermal Management Systems (TMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Motor Controls, and related vehicle control functions Assist calibration engineers in executing test plans, collecting data, and analyzing results from vehicle, bench, and simulation testing Perform calibration parameter updates and maintain calibration datasets using appropriate calibration and measurement tools Analyze test data to identify performance improvements, calibration opportunities, and control system issues Prepare calibration reports, summaries, and engineering recommendations based on test results Support validation activities in Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), and vehicle environments Assist in troubleshooting software, calibration, and system integration issues during development and testing Maintain calibration databases, test records, and documentation to ensure traceability and configuration control Collaborate with controls, systems, software, and testing teams to support successful program execution Prepare internal and customer presentations to communicate testing progress, findings, and recommendations Support development of automation tools for test execution, data processing, and report generation where applicable
