Our mission is to bring the best experiences to the platform while helping partners grow their portfolios, increase turnover, and achieve long-term success. This means working closely with creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders to scale their projects through Fever.
Collaboration is key: we partner daily with Marketing, User Support, Category Management, Lead Generation, Partner Support, and Sales Ops to ensure every experience added to the marketplace reaches its full potential.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and scale our presence in the Japanese market. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business development, operations, and strategy. You will own the market end-to-end: from originating and structuring landmark partnerships to ensuring flawless execution on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the growth strategy for your market by identifying highest-value opportunities and translating them into scalable partnerships.
• Originate and lead the most strategic conversations in the local entertainment industry to structure partnerships that create long-term value.
• Act as the face of Fever, building strong, trust-based client leadership and positioning the company as a key strategic collaborator.
• Oversee the market P&L and own the full lifecycle of each project to ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing local team, instilling a strong ownership mindset and a culture of accountability.
• Drive performance through rigorous prioritization and data-driven decision making to continuously optimize local operations.

Who You Are

• You bring 10+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, complemented by experience in general management or high-growth environments.
• A proven "Closer" Mentality with a track record in business development and networking with high-level decision-makers.
• You possess an ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for flawless execution and delivery beyond the contract signature.
• An exceptional networker with the ability to build rapport quickly with both corporate executives and creative partners.
• Extensive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use insights to optimize operations and track market performance.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required for this role.
• Top-notch academic background (MBA is a plus)
